First trip to the Zoo!

Yesterday was beautiful out and Ben didn't have any appointments, so my mom (Grandma Deb) and I decided to take Ben to the Cincinnati zoo (tickets compliments of Mike's work). The animals were a little too far away for Ben to notice, but my mom and I had fun... and we got lots of good pictures for scrap booking. It happened to be the time of year for "Zoo Babies" too. We only saw about four babies, but they were pretty darn cute! We stayed for over four hours and Ben was good as gold the whole time - even sneaking in a 20 minute nap when it was time for us to grab lunch. This was the first time we took Ben to the zoo to see the animals, but I'm sure it won't be the last. I can't wait until he is able to sit on his own and we can ride around on the train.

Polar bear... not as white and big as the ones on Lost!

The only thing Ben was interested in was this waterfall

I am so glad Ben was so good for his 1st trip to the zoo, Eva loved the waterfall too, and if the animals were not moving or close she had no interest either.
Hugs,
Crystal and Eva

It looks like Mom and Grandma had fun at the zoo. Unless something spins or has flashing lights, Evan isn't all that interested either. We took him to the aquarium last fall, and he did really seem to enjoy that. I think because he could get close to the fish and there were bright colors and movement (again, we're back to spinning and flashing lights!).

Hugs,
Sarah, Jeremy, and Evan

What a fun day! I can't believe you're sitting too. That is huge. I also love the "fists of fury". That is so funny, Ben your parents have such cute little sayings for you. Like on your old website that said," this is how I roll". Mike and I thought that was too cute. I saw a t-shirt w/ that on it while I was looking for Tate's "i do all my own stunts" shirt. It made me think of Ben.

Love from MO,
Corrie
